Ingredients:
- 2 ripe peaches, halved and pitted
- 4 slices of Brie cheese
- 8 fresh basil leaves
- 4 hamburger buns
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
Warm up the grill over medium-high heat
Add a little salt and pepper to the peach halves and brush them with olive oil
Grill the peaches for two to three minutes on each side, or until they have grill marks and are just a little soft
As the peaches are cooking, split the hamburger buns in half and toast them briefly on the grill
Take the buns and peaches off the grill
Put a slice of Brie on the bottom half of each bun before putting the sandwiches together
Some grilled peach halves, basil leaves, and honey on top of the Brie
Add the top half of the bun to the sandwich
Serve your Grilled Peach, Brie, and Basil Sandwich right away and enjoy it with honey on top!
