Ingredients:
- 2 ripe avocados
- 1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1/4 cup coconut cream
- 1/4 cup powdered erythritol
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- Pinch of salt
- Optional: whipped cream and berries for garnish
Instructions:
Cut the avocados in half, remove the pits, and scoop out the flesh into a blender or food processor
Add cocoa powder, coconut cream, powdered erythritol, vanilla extract, and a pinch of salt to the blender
